The Team
Lucas Schleicher
Lucas earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2008. Upon graduating, he was invited to work for a prestigious Northwest civil company. Mr. Schleicher's passion for earthwork and dedication to his
craft enabled him to work on a variety of large-scale projects throughout the country. These experiences helped build relationships, garner credibility, and developed the confidence to pursue his dream of founding his own construction company.
Davy Malinsky
Davy earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University in 2008. Since graduation he has contributed to the success and growth of several construction companies across Colorado, but, like Mr. Schleicher had always dreamt of having his own business. When the opportunity arose to go into business with long-time friend Lucas, there was no doubt that this was the right move. When not at work, you can find Mr. Malinsky on the lake or in the mountains.
